Tie Rod Ends | Ball Joints | Stabilizer Links
TIE ROD ENDS...are an important part of the steering system. Most vehicles have 2 outer tie rods ends and 2 inner ones. They connect the other steering parts to the steering knuckle and wheel on most vehicles. They wear out with age and can break causing you to loose control of the steering. If one of them is worn out, you should replace them in pairs. Worn tie rods will ruin your tires and affect the alignment. You must have an alignment after replacing them and we suggest balancing the tires.
BALL JOINTS...are an important part of the suspension system. Most front wheel drive vehicles have two lower ball joints and most four wheel drive and rear wheel drive vehicles have two upper and two lower ball joints. They wear out with age and need replaced. If they break you could loose control of the vehicle because the tire can flip onto its side. If one of them is worn out you should replace them in pairs. Worn ball joints will ruin your tires and affect the alignment. You must have an alignment after replacing them and we suggest balancing the tires.
STABILIZING LINKS...are part of the suspension system and keep your front end parts stabilized after you hit a bump or drive on rough road conditions. They will rattle and make noise when they wear out or break and your steering wheel will shake after you hit a bump. Replace them in pairs.
